1. What JuriNiva is. JuriNiva is an AI-powered legal information service. Answers are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for general informational purposes only. JuriNiva is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or create an advocate–client relationship.

2. No substitute for a lawyer. AI answers may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Always consult a qualified advocate before acting on any legal matter. The lawyer directory lists independent professionals; JuriNiva is not a party to any engagement between you and a lawyer.

3. Acceptable use.You agree not to use the service to plan or further unlawful activity, harass others, or generate documents intended to deceive. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Fair-use limits apply to “unlimited” plans to prevent abuse.

4. Subscriptions. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Razorpay and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime by emailing support@juriniva.com; access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JuriNiva is not liable for decisions made or actions taken in reliance on information provided by the service.
